Section Manager(IDP)/分部门经理(工业零部件)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for all activities related to his projects and the development of New Business Field occurring from marketing needs as assigned.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act and perform according o the Quality Policy; 5%

2. Keep professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues; 5%

3. Communication with other project managers/engineers; 5%

4. Co-ordinate between groups; 5%

5. Achieve revenue growth and reports to the GCN IDP COMP Manager; 30%

6. Perform other duties assigned by the GCN IDP COMP Manager; 10%

7. Explore/develop new business field for Components from idea to project handling to handover to operation; 20%

8. Technical train engineers and support staffs to make sure they have competent knowledge in standards and test techniques; 5%

9. Explain the non-compliance points and to provide the expert’s opinions; 5%

10. Answer technical queries raised by colleagues; 5%

11. Share, exchange experience/standard/technical information with other colleagues. 5%

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Machinery, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;

2. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical field;

3. Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical and Electronic industry;

4. Intensive experience in electrical and mechanical testing of products in preferred;

5. Familiar with the international regulations of testing and certification of industrial components, especially familiar with high/medium/low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies or components standards;

6. Be able develop new fields independently at high efficiency;

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Good people management skills;

9. Working under pressure.
