I.      Position Summary

       Responsible for key account sales in the Greater China region and achieving revenue and profit targets. Furthermore, This role is responsible for the Advisory Services.

 

    Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

  • Independently responsible for developing strategic key accounts within designated industries or regions, achieving annual sales targets (including new contract value, collections, profit margin, etc.).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and contract signing to delivery coordination and collection, establishing and maintaining high-level client relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's organizational structure, business pain points, and long-term plans to identify latent needs. Drive continuous enhancement of client value and growth in sales share by providing comprehensive solutions.
  • Act as the key bridge between clients and internal company departments, efficiently coordinating resources to ensure the smooth implementation of client projects and their satisfaction. Manage and resolve potential conflicts of interest to ensure independent and professional business operations.
  • Collect and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and client feedback to provide critical input for the company's product and market strategies. Develop and execute sales plans and forecasts for personally responsible regions.
  • Ensure all sales activities and client information are accurately recorded in the CRM system, maintaining real-time and precise data. Actively participate in team building and knowledge sharing, and take responsibility for mentoring and guiding a potential successor or new team member to pass on experience.
II.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B key account sales, with a proven track record in successfully developing and maintaining strategic clients, and possesses successful project operation case studies.
