I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for the certification / inspection / test and examination/ or expediting of products / projects in the pressure equipment, material industry  

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. Assist in the business development and Marketing and sales; 5%
2. Develop a good work/cooperation relationship with the clients; 5%
3. Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities; 10%
4. Responsible for the inspection of related pressure equipment, welding procedure/welder approval, material examination, such as (not limited); 60%

- inspection as per regulation/directive and company requirements.

- inspection/test during the manufacture, fabrication, installation or in service

- execution of the project including (but not limited) the co-ordinate the inquiry and quotation, test program preparation, carry out the test and inspection, test and inspection report, complete project dossier etc. to ensure conformity to specification and company requirements.

5. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress; 20%

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical equipment, material engineering, welding technology and NDT;
2. At least 5 years’ actual experience in manufacture, inspection, test or other related working experience;
3. Good knowledge in pressure equipment and/or welding and/or material, well knows (no limited) EN standards and/or ASME;
4. Experience in fabrication, welding, inspection and testing of pressure equipment, welding process, material testing/examination preferably with a manufacturer;
5. Fluent communication in Chinese and good command of written and spoken English;
6. Job involves traveling to customers’ and manufacturers’ locations;
