Position Summary:

This position is responsible for handling projects as assigned in risk based compliance service of factory, such as Li-battery Giga factory.

The senior project engineer is responsible for complete projects on time with good quality and customer satisfaction.

The key duties include interpretation of standards and regulations, development of training coursewares, preparation of test plan, design review and onsite inspection, preparation of reports.

The compliance associated work activities include business development with sales, training, technical advisory, design evaluation, site testing and inspection.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interpretation of standards and regulations: study the specified standards and regulations and transform to feasible guideline. 10%

2. Development of training coursewares: develop customized coaching plan and training coursewares based project or business request. 10%

3. Handling projects and finishing them within lead time; 25%

4. Responsible for training of regulations and standards. 5%

5. Responsible for compliance associated technical advisory; 10%

6. Responsible for design review according to safety specification; 10%

7. Responsible for onsite physical testing and inspection; 10%

8. Collaborate with other business units and divisions to make sure the “one-stop” service has been provided to the customers;  5%

9. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers; 5%

10. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress; 5%

11. Perform other duties assigned by Manager/Section manager. 5%

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or other related subject;

2. Automation system design, familiar with mechanical design, PLC program, E-Plan, AutoCAD, field wiring, electrical cabinet design, electrical component selection, and so on;

3. With experience in risk assessment, safety inspection and testing. Such as ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, EN ISO 13849-1, NFPA 79, and so on;

4. At least five years’ working experience in automation manufacturing industry;

5. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
