Position Summary:
This role is primarily responsible for sales related topics cross-divisional incl. Key Account Management and Sales Excellence in North Asia.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Key Account Management improvement and the suitable approach for North Asia and support sales needs of the regional sales teams to drive for more growth and sales professionalism; (20%)
2. Provide tools and drive implementation in Sales and Sales management, such as CRM-IT, Value Selling systematics, Customer Industry approach, Development and execution on Account Plans, KPIs bank, customer visit report, sales pipeline, sales incentive plan, etc., together with the local teams; (20%)
3. Drive industry segment approaches relevant for North Asia to strengthen solution selling and collaboration for key industries and clients in North Asia and implement global solutions locally; (25%)
4. Keep close communication and cooperation with peers in ASMEA and Americas; (5%)
5. Execute, report and coordinate all AM activities in NA (Nominations, AM-Selections); (10%)
6. Assist in designing and optimizing and streamlining sales organization/structure for region, countries and business lines incl the sales process; (10%)
7. Assist in implementing sales incentive plan for region, country and business line; (5%)
8. Any other duties as assigned by superior. (5%)
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 10 years' experience in sales management/sales systematics, various industry experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with all aspects about sales management and strong dedication to Sales;
4. Strong influencing and convincing skills;
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Good command of English, speaking German is a plus;
7. Self-motivated, resourceful and energetic;
8. Good at training and presentation skills;
9. Experience in key account management is preferred;
10. Willing to travel within North Asia more than 50% of the time and globally as needed.
