I.      Position Summary

        This position is responsible for maintaining accreditation for the quality management system (ISO 17021), collaborating closely with operational units to ensure smooth and effective implementation, and handling routine activities such as certificate issuance, personnel authorization, and data reporting to CNCA.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain CNAS accreditation, including leading external audits, internal audits, quality monitoring, and annual training activities. (30%)
2. Work closely with business units (BU) to ensure the smooth operation of programs and support business development. (10%)
3. Streamline existing certification QMS system. Make procedures as lean as possible. (15%)
4. Develop potential certification programs within the ISO 17021 framework. (10%)
5. Manage certificate issuance and ensure timely personnel and laboratory authorization. (20%)
6. Perform certification data reporting to CNCA and CNAS. (5%)
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager. (10%)

III.      Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of working experience in a TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) organization.
3. Familiarity with ISO 17021 and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
