The position is responsible for individual sales target achievement and business development for social audits program, 2nd party audits and TE projects, customer relationship maintenance and development and acting as team player to accomplish team’s sales target and business development.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
1) Achieve sales target: Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve target and business development of CSR audit, business scope included but not limited for BSCI, Sedex, Second party audit and factory audit and TE projects to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets, track sales progress, and adjust strategies in a timely manner.(45%)
2) Customer Develop and Relationship Manage: Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to establish long-term cooperative relationships. Maintain long-term client relationships, promote annual re-audits and additional projects to improve renewal rate and repeat business mainly focusing in Zhejiang Province and extending to other regions. (20%)
3) Product Demonstrate: Demonstrate product features to customers, explain product advantages, prepare and present sales proposals to facilitate sales closures. (10%)
4) Market Research and Analyze: Study market trends, analyze customer needs and competitor situations, and provide feedback for product improvement and market expansion.(10%)
5) Manage and report Data: Maintain customer information, track sales data, and regularly prepare sales forecasts and reports. Complete sales reports, CRM data entry, payment tracking and internal coordination timely. (10%)
6) New product new channel development: Co-work with tech team and feedback from marketing for new product promotion and new channel development for factory audit and compliance services, exploring potential markets and expanding business coverage. (5%)
