I.     Position Summary

This position is responsible for:

1. 1. -According to procurement guidelines and the procurement manual of the group to purchase product and service (CLC-PR-001, PR-G-M01)
   2. - Support with the use of e-procurement system (e.g... PRINCE...) to end users
   3. –Procurement administer rule
   4. -Execute and implement   market sourcing and procurement activity within GCN region

II.     Job Responsibility

1. Execution of the operational service management towards customers of the SSC15%
2. Execution of the compliance (CG-CC-007) and procurement guidelines in accordance with local regulations in SSC15%
3. Demand qualification and escalation of demands according to value limits and quantitative evaluation for assigned categories10%
4. Supporting requesters as well as analysis of demands for non-catalogue articles for assigned categories10%
5. Creation of calls for tenders and solicitation of proposals from suppliers in coordination with 5%

SLM-PR-SSO-R-CM

6. Operative purchasing, claim handling, supplier evaluation and contracting according to authorization limits and strategic evaluation coordinated with SLM-PR-SSO-R-CM5%
7. Creation and updating of internal and maintenance of external supplier catalogs10%
8. Data mining for operational procurement controlling5%
9. Support of SLM-PR-SSO-R-CM in contract management (e.g. archiving, capturing, tracking of deadlines)10%
10. Ensuring quality, actuality and completeness of information and contents in the procurement system 5%
11. Market research and supplier identification for assigned categories10%

III.     Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Experience in procurement, preferably in an international shared service
3. organizationSkilled in supplier communication and moderation of interaction between (internal) customer and supplier
4. Experience in operational execution of sourcing and offer projects procurement.
5. Good command of English speaking and written
6. Deep (international) supply market knowledge for assigned categories.
7. Negotiation experience
8. Above average communication skills, Team oriented working style
9. Experience in procurement controlling

       10. Major in business administration and/or technical education, procurement training
