I. Position Summary
This position is mainly responsible for the establishment and optimization of knowledge management working process at the BU level and its effective implementation, operation and maintenance of the technical framework, and provide technical support for other sections.
II. Job Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the planning and promotion of knowledge management work, establishment and optimization of knowledge management working process and its effective implementation on BU level, mainly focus on support in technical framework building, define working process according to TKM strategy and BU demand in order to enhance the technical capability of BU, establish evaluation system and ensure the quality of the output. (25%)
- Be responsible for the operation of the technical framework, conduct operational evaluations, and adjust the framework according to internal feedback and development requirements. (20%)
- Establish regulatory technical capabilities at BU level and drive the implementation of related technology research and development initiatives. To be the owner of knowledge management of BU, resolve or coordinate the technical issues. (20%)
- Be responsible for the planning and promotion of digitalization of knowledge management. (15%)
- Responsible for the interface management mechanism with the Authority as well as the coordination with TS. Establish communication channels and promote technical cooperation with external entities. (10%)

III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle engineering major, Mechanical major, Electrical major or other relevant major.
- At least 10 years of working experience in vehicle regulation area, experience in knowledge management is a plus.
- CET 6 or above.
- Outstanding communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and coordination abilities, able to effectively collaborate with employee at all levels and departments.
- Familiarity with the structure and content of vehicle Emark regulation, has good overview of vehicle regulation framework.
- Experience in team management, or equivalence.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex business needs and challenges.
- Careful, patient and reliable working behavior, strong teamwork spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeframes in a complex organizational structure.
