Position Summary

This position is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the E-CDF data center.

Job Responsibilities 

1. Import basic data as required in E-CDF.

2. Use E-CDF to compare and correct the imported data against data retrieved from external websites.

3.Upload the revised data to the E-CDF database.

4.Be responsible for regular verification, uploading and daily maintenance of E-CDF data, as well as periodic updates of database information as required.

Job Requirements   

1. Able to start work promptly and complete an internship of at least 3 months 
2. Remain an enrolled student throughout the internship and have not yet graduated. 
3. Proficient in using common office software. 
4. Solid English reading and writing skills. 
5. Diligent, careful, patient and highly responsible with strong learning ability. 
6. Excellent communication skills.  
7. Able to follow rules and instructions, and possess good team spirit.
