1. Responsibility

1. You will obtain basic training on SAP module and be familiar with order management, project management process. You will also understand different business activity for various business lines within South Hub.

2. Assisting in preparation of operational controlling management forms for South Hub, such as order controlling, investment controlling (FA) and so on.

协助编制南区运营控制的管理表格，例如订单控制、投资控制（固定资产）等等。

3. Assisting in preparation of one-Year-Planning for South Hub.

协助编制南区的年度预算。

4. Responsible for uploading planning data to SAP system, focusing on HC planning, P&L planning, and Investment planning; Meanwhile, responsible for checking the correctness/completeness of data input.

负责将预算数据上传至SAP系统，主要是人员预算、损益表预算和投资计划预算的相关数据；同时，负责检查数据输入的正确性/完整性。

5. Any other ad hoc assignments by direct report manager.

直接报告经理安排的其他特殊任务。

2. Education and Ability

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, IT, Mathematics is preferred.
2. High sense of responsibility and detailed minded, logical thinking.
3. Good at Excel, Power BI, Python.
4. Being able to work under pressure.
5. Good communication skill.
