Your Tasks

1. Perform TE audits (like GRS, RCS etc) and other factory audits according to scheme requirement or client’s requirement. (35%)
   根据计划要求或客户要求执行TE审核（如GRS、RCS等）及其他工厂审核。 
2. Deliver the audit reports with high quality in required timeline per requirement, and conduct the CAPA review per requirement (35%)
   按照规定时限要求高质量交付审核报告，并按规范进行CAPA评审。 
3. Respond to the inquiries/clarifications from the CSR team and client in time. (10%)
   及时回应CSR团队及客户的问询/澄清需求。 
4. Perform the report review before passing to technical certifier for final review. (10%)
   在最终报告提交技术签证官前，协助报告审阅工作 。 
5. Attend the external and internal training/exams to meet the continuous development requirement (5%)
   参加外部及内部培训/考试，以满足持续发展要求。 
6. Perform other duties assigned by manager. (5%)
   完成经理分配的其他职责。 

Your Qualifications

1. University graduate
   大学本科毕业。 
2. CCAA registered product inspector qualification is preferred
   持有CCAA注册产品检查员资质优先 
3. At least 1 year auditing experience in Textile Exchange Standards
   至少1年Textile Exchange（可持续纺织促进会）标准审核经验 
4. Major in Textile Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Environmental Protection Engineering is preferred
   纺织工程/化学工程/环境保护工程专业优先。 
5. CSR auditing experience is preferred
   具备CSR（企业社会责任）审核经验优先 
6. Will be frequent travel 
   岗位会有高频率出差
7. Fluent in written English
   英语书面表达流利 
8. Able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure
   能够独立工作，并在压力下处理多项任务 
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills
   具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力
