高级专员,销售(工厂运营安全部)

Your Tasks

  1. Market Development & Client Maintenance 市场开发与客户维护
    Develop client resources among system integrators, machinery manufacturers, and overseas-invested enterprises; establish and maintain strong client relationships.开拓集成商, 机器制造, 境外投资企业的客户资源,建立和维护良好的客户关系。
    Gain in-depth understanding of client needs and provide professional solutions and service recommendations.深入了解客户需求,提供专业的解决方案与服务建议。
  2. Sales & Promotion 销售与推广
    Promote and sell services including machinery certification, assessment consulting, and investment/factory establishment consulting.推广和销售机器认证、评估咨询、投资建厂咨询等服务。
    Formulate sales plans to achieve targets and enhance the company's market share in the industrial sector.制定销售计划,达成销售目标,提升公司在工业领域的市场份额。
  3. Project Management 项目管理
    Monitor project progress and coordinate internal resources to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.跟进项目进度,协调内部资源,确保服务质量与客户满意度。
    Assist clients throughout the entire service process, including certification procedures, assessment reports, and factory investment consulting.协助客户完成认证流程、评估报告、建厂投资咨询等全流程服务。
  4. Technical Expertise & Industry Insights 技术与行业洞察
    Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, standards, and certification requirements.熟悉工业行业相关法规、标准及认证要求,及时掌握行业动态。
    Provide professional technical consulting and solutions in areas such as electronic components and machinery manufacturing.针对电子部件、机器制造等领域,提供专业的技术咨询和解决方案。
  5. Client Training & Support 客户培训与支持
    Provide clients with training and guidance on certification and assessment processes.为客户提供相关认证、评估流程培训与指导。
    Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall client experience.处理客户反馈,及时解决客户问题,提升客户体验。

 

Your Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor's degree or above
    本科及以上学历
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, experience in the same or related industry is preferred.
    3年以上销售工作经验,同行业或相近行业销售经验优先;
  3. Possess strong business communication, solution-based selling, and client relationship management skills. Able to adapt to frequent business travel and client visits.
    具备较强的商务沟通、方案销售与客户关系管理能力能适应一定频率的出差/客户拜访
  4. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. Demonstrates clear communication and excels at collaborating across teams to drive projects to completion.
    目标导向、自驱力强、抗压沟通表达清晰,善于协同推动项目闭环。
