高级销售专员(汽车服务部:销售)

Your Tasks

  1. Key Accounts Sales Target Achievement (50%)

    To develop business with existing and new key accounts through professional sales activities in specific area to achieve the order intake target and key client developing target in the following aspects:
    通过专业的销售活动,在现有以及潜在关键客户群体内进行业务拓展,达成客户开发目标:

    Manage regional key accounts according to Business Line’s policy;
    根据业务线的发展策略,管理区域内制定关键客户;

    Developing relationship network within key account, especially for middle and high level relationship;
    建立关键客户内部关系网络, 尤其是中高层客户关系;

    Digging out the supply chain information of key accounts, sharing to sales team and providing necessary support to sales members in business development;
    挖掘关键客户的供应链信息,给销售团队内部其他成员提供销售线索并在必要时提供支持;

    Searching for potential business of key accounts and organize internal resource to meet the technical requirement of customer and win the specific projects;
    充分发掘关键客户潜在业务,驱动和协调公司内部相关资源完成目标项目的获取;

  2. Sales Target Achievement (40%)

    To develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve the order taking target and key client developing target in the following aspects:
    通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有客户和新客户的业务,实现以下几个方面的录单目标和大客户开发目标:

    Develop key OEM (mainly like BYD and related suppliers) accounts and maintain business relationship deeply and dig out potential business opportunity for homologation in Shenzhen
    在深圳区域开发主机厂客户(BYD和供应链为主)合规认证业务,维护业务关系,挖掘潜在商机;

    Prompt respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;
    及时回应和跟进客户的询问;

    Drive and coordinate internal resources to achieve customer cooperation project acquisition;
    推动和协调内部资源,实现客户合作项目的获取;

    Developing autonomous and connective suppliers new business based on homologation business;
    在认证准入业务基础上开发自动驾驶和智能网联准入的新业务;

    Prepare agreement and quotation to customer and support customer face-to-face/teleconference solution presentation.
    为客户准备协议和报价,并支持客户面对面/电话会议解决方案演示;

    Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry developments;
    收集包括竞争对手和汽车行业发展在内的市场信息;

    Keep good billing(invoice) and clients’ payment to meet the requirements of company;
    保持良好的账单(发票)和客户付款,以满足公司的要求;

  3. Others(10%)
    Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager
    完成汇报经理指定的其他职责

 

Your Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree and above
    本科及以上学历
  2. Excellent English oral and written skills
    良好的英语口语和书面能力
  3. Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
    出色的组织能力和沟通能力
  4. Customer-oriented and able to work independently
    以客户为导向,能够独立工作
  5. At least 5 years sales or KA management working experience in automotive industry
    至少5年销售和大客户管理(汽车领域)工作经验
  6. Be able to travel frequently
    能够接受较高频率出差
