I. Position Summary

This position is responsible to maintain existing client and develop new customers in TCPH South Region, take responsibility to achieve individual sales targets and team work with cooperation department. 

该职位负责部门在南区市场的客户维护及开发，实现个人及团队目标的达成。 

II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. To promote TCPH (Toys & Children's Products and Hardgoods) testing and certification services; (15%)

      负责玩具，儿童产品以及轻工杂货的测试以及认证业务；

2. To explore the market and develop potential client, achieve personal and team sales target; (60%)

      开拓市场，发展潜在客户，完成个人及团队销售目标 ；

3. Participate in marketing activities, such as exhibitions, seminars; (10%)

      参与行业展会，研讨会等市场活动；

4. To maintain and grow existing clients. (15%)

      维护与发展现有客户。

III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Outstanding academic performance is preferred;  

      本科或以上学历，学习成绩优异者优先；

2. Good English proficiency enables good communication with foreign merchants; 

      具备不错的英语能力，可与外商进行良好的沟通； 

3. Good interpersonal communication skill and work under pressure; 

      有良好的沟通技巧和一定的承压能力 ；

4. Hardworking, honest and reliable, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work.
