Associate Specialist, Sales Support in PS:E&E Sales Team

The incumbent has to assist sales to maintain existing client and develop new customers in PS EnE South Region, assist to achieve sales targets with sales and maintain mutual relationship with customers.

岗位职责

1. Close cooperate with sales to provide high quality service to clients (35%).

Act as a backup of sales, main responsibility as following:

Quotation Quantity & Quality;

Maintain daily Sales data;

Communicate with clients for simple service;

Sales marketing events preparation;

Sales admin;

Risk management;

Pre sales support;

2. Support sales to reach the KA client target in corresponding product line. (10%)

3. Work close with sales and sales support members, act as a team. (10%)

4. Cooperate with other group/department to smooth the sales daily work, comply with company process and satisfy the client. (15%)

5. Provide the exact information of corresponding product line to sales coordinator for generating overview figure of sales group.(10%)

6. To develop market. (10%)

7. To improve self process and team work player. (10%)

任职条件

1. University degree in engineering (or technical education) with sold business administration knowledge

2. Over 1 year assistant experience with sales area.

3. Excellent communication skills, mature personality, outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical ability

4. Energetic, diligent and determined working ethos

5. Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
