Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

Welcomes clients and visitors and directing them to their place of appointment in a professional manner (15%)

Coordinates booking and controlling use of conference rooms, maintains high standards of presentation in the reception area and the conference room (15%)

Arranges daily courier delivery, flights and hotel logistics (20%)

Assist the expense from building management, courier and suppliers (20%)

Handles and filters all incoming calls in professional manner (10%)

Provides administrative support (10%)

Performs ad-hoc assignments as required (10%)

Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
1. College or above
2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience
3. Good telephone manner with pleasant personality
4. Independent, responsible, mature, stable and outgoing
5. Good computer skills including Chinese Word Processing and MS Office
6. Advanced level in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
