Your Tasks:

1. Communicate in courteous, effective and proactive manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, clarifying technical matters; (35%)
   与同事和客户进行礼貌、有效和积极的沟通，包括回答技术问题，澄清技术问题；
2. Recommend the test items according to the product parameters and prepare the test protocol, also interpret the client’s test manual and summary the test specifications into SOP;(20%)
   根据产品参数推荐测试项目，制定测试方案，并解读客户的测试手册，将测试规范总结成SOP；
   
3. Trace the update of regulation and standard worldwide;(5%)
   跟踪全球法规和标准的更新；
   
4. Update the machanical and physical price list in regular basis;(5%)
   定期更新机械和实物价目表；
   
5. Work with machanical and physical lab to develop new test method if the development request is approved by manager;(5%)
   在开发要求得到经理批准后，与机械和物理实验室合作开发新的测试方法；
   
6. Prepare for yearly training plan and ensure the implementation, arrange the assessment of the trainees, so as to improve the machanical and physical test knowhow in effective ways;(15%)
   制定年度培训计划并确保实施，安排对学员的考核，以有效提高机械和物理测试知识；
   
7. Organize the training/seminar/vendor workshop according to actual market needs, to enhance the company brand awareness in TIC market;(10%)
   根据实际市场需求组织培训/研讨会/供应商工作坊，提升公司在TIC市场的品牌知名度；
   
8. Perform other duties assigned by manager.(5%)
   完成经理安排的其他任务。
   

Your Qualifications:

1. College Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering;
   大专或本科学历，工程专业；
2. At least 4 years’ experience in testing industry;
   4年以上测试行业工作经验；
3. Advanced in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
   良好的中英文水平(粤语和普通话)；
4. Independent, self-starter, and team motivator.
