Overview
The Management Systems Certification Team provides third-party certification services for management system standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001. Through independent audits, the team supports clients in strengthening governance, improving operational effectiveness, managing risks, and achieving sustainable growth.

ISO/IEC 27001を中心に、ISO 9001およびISO 14001を含むマネジメントシステム認証審査を担当いただきます。また、情報セキュリティ分野における認証サービスの拡大や顧客支援にも携わっていただきます。
Role Summary
The position focuses primarily on ISO/IEC 27001 audits while also supporting certification activities related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The auditor will contribute to business growth by supporting clients and expanding information security related certification services.

- 審査計画および審査報告書の作成
- 統合マネジメントシステム監査の実施
- 既存顧客へのクロスセル活動および営業支援
- 新規認証案件に関する技術支援
- 顧客向けセミナーおよび教育活動への参画
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ISO/IEC 27001 certification audits
- Perform ISO 9001 audits and support ISO 14001 audit activities
- Deliver integrated audits across multiple management system standards
- Prepare audit plans and audit reports
- Support business development and cross-selling activities
- Provide technical support for new certification opportunities
- Deliver client training and awareness programs

必須要件
- ISO/IEC 27001審査員資格、または同等の知識・実務経験
- ISO 9001の監査対応が可能な知識または経験
- 情報セキュリティ分野での実務経験（ISMS運用、IT統制、内部監査、リスク管理等）
- 顧客とのコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語：ネイティブレベルまたはビジネスレベル上級
- 英語：業務上の読み書きおよびコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
Required Qualifications
- ISO/IEC 27001 Auditor qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge or experience enabling ISO 9001 audit activities
- Professional experience in information security, ISMS, IT governance, internal audit, or risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Japanese: Business level or above
- English: Business reading, writing, and communication capability
