■Job Summary

This role serves as a key driver of organizational growth and performance, with a primary focus on Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
Going beyond traditional training coordination, you will identify critical capability needs based on business priorities and design and implement frameworks where learning, dialogue, and feedback are embedded into everyday work. Through effective performance management, you will connect individual growth with business outcomes and drive meaningful organizational impact.
In addition, by maintaining close interactions with employees, you will capture real on-the-ground insights and translate them into actionable initiatives, ensuring that talent and organizational development efforts are practical, relevant, and impactful.

■Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development

・Drive a high-impact learning culture grounded in growth mindset, ownership, and continuous development
・Identify critical capability needs and translate them into development initiatives aligned with business strategy
・Lead end-to-end learning strategy and annual training planning and execution
・Design and deliver practical, high-value learning programs, including workshops and peer learning
・Promote diverse learning approaches beyond classroom training and embed learning into daily work


2. Employee Experience & Engagement

・Leverage employee surveys and data insights to drive engagement and employee experience initiatives
・Design and execute initiatives that strengthen organizational cohesion and motivation
・Promote transparent and effective communication across the organization
・Facilitate workshops and events that foster dialogue, collaboration, and inclusion
・Build a strong feedback culture that encourages open and constructive conversations
・Strengthen employee connection and trust, enhancing sense of belonging and commitment
・Drive well-being, health, and CSR initiatives to build a sustainable and engaging workplace


3. Performance Management

・Drive fair and transparent performance management processes
・Enable high-quality performance and development conversations through effective frameworks and tools
・Support managers in delivering impactful feedback and coaching
・Continuously enhance performance management practices to reinforce a high-performance and growth culture


4. HR Operations & Employee Support

・Serve as the primary point of contact for employees across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding, while delivering high-quality HR services and executing HR operations
・Act as a trusted advisor by responding to employee inquiries promptly and appropriately, addressing issues with professionalism and care
・Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, ensuring compliance, fairness, and transparency
・Support payroll processing and related administrative activities
・Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance

5. Team Contribution

・Contribute proactively to HR projects with strong ownership and execution capability
・Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high impact and continuous improvement
・Act as a role model in fostering a winning and high-performance culture

 

■Qualifications
<Required>

・A minimum of total 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Busi-ness Partnering, Talent Development, or Employee Experience
・At least 5 years of experience in payroll and social insurance administration
・A solid understanding of labor laws and strong attention to detail in handling administra-tive processes
・Proven experience in identifying HR-related issues affecting the overall workforce, coordi-nating with relevant stakeholders, and independently driving initiatives from planning through execution, including employee communication
・Strong digital skills (e.g., HR systems, data handling, process improvement tools)
・Business-level proficiency in English (equivalent to TOEIC score of 800 or above) and Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or above)

<Preferred>

・Experience in designing and developing learning programs in the areas of Learning & Development and Employee Experience, and delivering them as a trainer and/or facilita-tor
・Knowledge of and experience in managing external training programs
・Experience in designing and implementing initiatives to enhance communication using assessment tools such as DISC and MBTI
・Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
・Experience in planning and leading internal events
