■Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, develop and engage potential and new clients in industries such as government agencies, universities, medical and industrial sectors
• Manage and build long-term relationships with key accounts
• Promote Academy portfolio of training in different industries
• Execute and achieve sales targets
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and discussions to understand client needs and offer customized solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipelines and forecasts
• Collaborate with the operation team to ensure services are delivered as per client expectations.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services provided.
• Communication with different stakeholders in the company locally and internationally
■Qualifications
<Required>
• Bachelor’s degree in business / sales & marketing or any relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales preferably in education, training management and industrial sectors.
• Strong passion for sales and knowledge of modern marketing techniques
• Strong knowledge of MS. Office and ERP software
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Native Japanese and business / fluent English

• SAP Module knowledge
