Asst. Mgr/ Mgr, Brand Programme

TÜV SÜD is seeking a proactive and strategically minded Brand Program Manager with strong project management expertise to drive the execution and operationalization of the global brand and internal communications strategy. Working closely with the Head of Brand, the Brand Program Manager ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable roadmaps, aligned cross-functionally, and delivered with operational excellence and measurable impact. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the global brand and internal communications strategy into structured annual roadmaps and prioritized program plans
  • Ensure brand initiatives are aligned with broader business priorities, including verticalization, transformation agenda, and regional strategies
  • Identify cross-functional interdependencies and sequence initiatives effectively to ensure strategic coherence and optimal resource allocation
  •  Oversee the execution of key global brand and internal communications initiatives, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and measurable success criteria are defined
  • Drive disciplined, high-quality execution across global and regional stakeholders while monitoring risks and dependencies
  • Own and manage structured project tracking systems (e.g., ClickUp), establishing scalable workflows, templates, and reporting standards
  • Maintain visibility of project progress and resource alignment while continuously improving processes to strengthen operational maturity across Brand and Internal Communications
  • Act as the central coordination hub between Brand, Internal Communications, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams
  • Support inquiries regarding Corporate Design and proper logo usage within TÜV SÜD and provide guidance to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Establish and maintain a structured performance governance framework for global brand and internal communications initiatives
  • Oversee the global brand research program in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of post-initiative performance assessments
  • Maintain a consolidated overview of initiative outcomes and provide concise performance summaries to leadership, embedding insights into future planning cycles
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance workflow automation, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve collaboration, while staying informed on relevant industry and market developments

 

Key Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related disciplines
  • Min. 6 years of B2B experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, brand building, and global campaign execution within a B2B context
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented project manager with strong execution rigor and planning discipline
  • Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in matrixed, multinational organizations and managing stakeholders across different levels and regions
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Strong digital acumen with understanding of marketing strategy and digital channels (social media, content marketing, organic and paid search); a creative, hands-on approach with the ability to develop simple social media content (e.g., basic video and image editing, short-form digital assets) is an advantage
  • Curious to learn, proactive and resourceful with the ability to operate independently while being a collaborative team player
