Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review and enhance curriculum, learning pathways and training programmes to support TÜV SÜD Academy's growth across ASEAN markets.
• Translate business, customer and regulatory requirements into competency-based learning solutions using adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Support the standardisation of curriculum frameworks, templates and development processes to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple countries.
• Monitor and incorporate country-specific regulatory, accreditation, funding and competency requirements into programme design and delivery.
• Maintain curriculum quality through programme reviews, assessment validation, version control and compliance with Academy standards.
• Support programme registration, accreditation and documentation requirements in collaboration with country teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and adapt learning solutions across classroom, virtual, blended, asynchronous and workplace learning formats, including LMS-enabled and SCORM-compatible content.
• Contribute to ASEAN tenders, RFQs and RFPs by developing learning solutions, training methodologies, assessment approaches and technical proposal content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, trainers, subject matter experts and country teams to develop market-relevant and commercially viable learning solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with trainers, learning partners and industry stakeholders across the region.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in adult learning, curriculum development or instructional design will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in curriculum development, learning and development, professional education, certification training or capability development.
• Experience developing and implementing learning programmes across multiple countries, markets or business units is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and assessment practices.
• Familiarity with training-provider requirements, programme accreditation, funding frameworks or competency standards within ASEAN.
• Experience supporting tenders, RFPs, corporate learning solutions or institutional partnerships will be advantageous.
• Experience with LMS platforms, blended learning solutions and SCORM-compatible content development.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, TIC services, professional certification, sustainability, cybersecurity or related technical domains will be an advantage.
