Key Responsibilities
- Quotation Support: Assist in the preparation and generation of quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Project Tracking: Compile, monitor, and update the status of new projects to support internal coordination and client communication.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing relevant information and resolving issues where possible.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as needed, including documentation, scheduling, and cross-departmental support.
Key Requirements
- Obtained Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
- Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
- Knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous
