The Sales Support Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day execution of sales support activities, including project costing, quotations, order processing, contract review, and project coordination, while ensuring effective communication between sales, service lines, and customers.

Responsibility:
- Prepare and manage project costings and customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal pricing and margin guidelines.
- Handle order processing and contract review activities, ensuring smooth transition from sales to execution and compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Service Business Lines (ENE/IEP/Hardline) and Service Lines in Singapore to align on project execution, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the project management process post-order confirmation by tracking progress, flagging delays, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and propose improvements in tools, templates, or workflows that can enhance turnaround time and service delivery.
