Executive, Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside sales duties which include but are not limited to:
    • Prepare and negotiate of contracts for new customers and ensuring on-time contract renewal for existing customers
    • Administer existing and new service contract agreements
    • Handle incoming enquiries,
    • Prepare technical costing sheets from standard price list
    • Work with various technical personnel to consolidate enquiries questions and costing for complex enquires
    • Generate and issue sales quotations.
    • Refer qualified opportunities to appropriate Sales Engineer for further development
    • Provide customer service by attending to customers requests for test schedules, samples submission
  • Provide sales support to Business Line team which include but not limited to:
    • Administrative support such as e-filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance
    • Prepare contract review documents, new customer account creation, credit notes
    • Monitor and provide regular updates on debtors' listing for effective debt management
    • Prompt and regular upkeeping of customers' database to maximise customer relationship management
    • Consolidate sales report and prepare minutes of meetings
