Key Responsibilities

Surveillance Status Tracking
Actively monitor and follow up on the surveillance status of existing Certificates of Conformity (CoC) under the SCDF PLS scheme. Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders on updates and required actions.

Factory Inspection Management
Track and coordinate the status of factory inspections to ensure compliance with SCDF standards. Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders on updates and required actions.

Renewal Follow-Up
Follow up on CoC renewals to ensure timely processing and completion. Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders on updates and required actions.

Quotation Issuance
Assist in the preparation and issuance of renewal and amendment quotations accurately. Maintain proper records of all quotations and track client responses.

Client Relationship Management
Engage existing CoC clients to build strong relationships and address queries effectively. Gather feedback to understand client needs and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Administrative Support
Update and maintain administrative folders and master trackers for CoC status. Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for audits and reviews.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or compliance/certification roles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client portfolios in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
