This role within Product Service Division in Singapore is crucial to strengthen our operational capabilities and improve the overall customer experience. The Sales Support Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day execution of sales support activities, including project costing, quotations, order processing, contract review, and project coordination, while ensuring effective communication between sales, service lines, and customers.
Job Responsibilities:-

Prepare and manage project costings and customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal pricing and margin guidelines.

Handle order processing and contract review activities, ensuring smooth transition from sales to execution and compliance with internal procedures.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Service Business Lines (ENE/IEP/Hardline) and Service Lines in Singapore to align on project execution, timelines, and deliverables.

Support the project management process post-order confirmation by tracking progress, flagging delays, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Identify and propose improvements in tools, templates, or workflows that can enhance turnaround time and service delivery.

Education: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering/Business discipline

Experience: At least 2 years of sales administrative experience
