Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely maintenance of equipment and instruments.
- Manage culture media, consumable and chemical inventory.
- Interface with customers on sample submissions, job status as well as their enquiries and quotations.
- Support in evaluation studies such as anti-bacteria assay, etc.
- Support food and water sampling at food-service establishments, etc.
- Support in document control activities for GMP quality system.
- Assist in generation of equipment qualification documents.
- Assist to develop and validate new test methodologies.
- Assist in closure of CAPA.
- Other assigned duties by the laboratory manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science / Biomedical Science or its equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant working experience in Microbiological Testing laboratories and familiarity with ISO 17025 quality management system will be an added advantage.
- Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
