Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits on companies for CSR such as <Security C-TPAT, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000, ISO standards>
- Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance designed by Coordinator
- Do submission of audit reports into system timely
- Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
- Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operation support including new product development
- Report the performance of audit in month to reporting officer
- Report the expense and liquidate it to Admin and Finance for payment in month
- Do other works assigned by Reporting Officer
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Law, English Linguistics, Health-Safety-Environment (HSE), Environmental Science, or Labor Safety
- Good English communication skills
- APSCA CSCA or ASCA certified auditor is highly preferred
- Proven experience in Quality Management Services, with solid knowledge of relevant standards and certification schemes such as: ISO (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001); SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SMETA
- Hands-on experience conducting audits, with a verifiable audit log
- Previous involvement in internal quality audits or participation in certification processes is a strong advantage
- Experience in managing Social Compliance Programs and conducting Factory Social Responsibility Assessments is highly desirable
- Knowledge in the implementation and maintenance of management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) will be considered a plus
