I.      Position Summary

This position reports to the head of Verification and Validation body directly, and is responsible for maintaining the quality system and accreditation status of carbon services, developing new sustainability verification schemes, managing technical personnel qualifications, and ensuring timely release of statements.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Carbon Service Programme Maintenance: Update quality documents, maintain CNAS accreditation, and organize EOE training.  (30%)

2. Develop new verification/certification schemes and research in new standards with internal training. (30%)

3. Ensure technical competency requirements are fully fulfilled for verification and validation personnel through authorization management (20%)

4. Platform Maintenance: Update Viva Engage and SharePoint platforms, and support CAC system development. (10%)

5. CBW-Release: Release GHG statements on time and streamline the release process. (10%)

III.      Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in  Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.​

2. 2 years of experience in carbon verification, ESG or sustainability services.

3. Be familiar with quality management systems, such as ISO 14064, ISO 14067, ISO 14068 and other GHG verification standards. On-site verification experience is preferred.

4. Strong coordination and sense of responsiblility, and able to work independently.

5. Good command of English, both in writing and speaking is preferred.
