Position Summary:
This position is a core role for quality control in the Toys Laboratory, primarily responsible for the review and verification of test reports for all toy testing items (Physical Toy Testing), compliance alignment with domestic and international standards, and technical empowerment work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Report Quality Review: Undertake the review of test reports for all toy testing items including physical and mechanical properties, flammability, and electrical safety; (20%)
- Verification of Raw Data Consistency: Conduct item-by-item comparison between report data and raw records to eliminate data deviations and logical flaws; (20%)
- Closed-Loop Management of Report Rectification: Timely identify and feedback report issues, and track the implementation of rectification measures; (20%)
- Dynamic Update and Application of Standards: Track the updates of domestic and international toy safety standards and regulations, assist the technical support team and department supervisors in compiling standard interpretation documents, and ensure that review judgments are fully adapted to the latest standards; (5%)
- Internal Technical Empowerment: Assist supervisors and the technical support team in organizing laboratory standard training and case sharing sessions, answer technical questions from test engineers, and improve the team's capability in standard application; (10%)
- Customer Technical Communication and Satisfaction: Provide professional interpretation of report conclusions, and cooperate with the business department to handle customer inquiries and technical Q&A; (5%)
- Quality Management System Maintenance: Participate in the revision of quality management system documents, and assist in the preparation of materials for CNAS, CMA, internal audits and external audits; (5%)
- Quality Improvement Output: Assist department supervisors in sorting out typical review issues, improving the case library, compiling relevant quality improvement reports, and promoting the optimization and implementation of testing processes; (5%)
- Instrument Management: Assist department supervisors in completing instrument procurement, calibration, intermediate checks and other work to ensure that instruments meet standard requirements during operation; (5%)
- Assist the technical support team in compiling technical documents and organizing academic seminars. (5%)
Job Requirements:
- Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Toy Design and Manufacturing, Materials Science, Quality Testing or other related disciplines;
- Experience and Skills:
- Have more than 5 years of working experience as a report reviewer or test engineer in a third-party toy testing laboratory, and be proficient in mainstream domestic and international toy safety standards and testing methods;
- Proficient in office software (Word/Excel) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), with strong data verification and logical analysis capabilities;
- Hold a CNAS/CMA Internal Auditor Certificate or other relevant toy testing technical certifications is preferred;
- CET-4 or above, capable of independently interpreting English versions of relevant standards.
