Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen von der Bedarfsentstehung über die Bedarfsspezifizierung und -formulierung bis hin zum finalen Vertrag unter Beachtung der Prozess-, Compliance- und Legal-Vorgaben
• Vollumfängliche Durchführung von Ausschreibungen über die im Einkauf eingesetzten Tools sowie nationale und internationale Vertragsverhandlungen für alle Arten von IT-Verträgen
• Analyse und Bewertung von Angeboten, Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie ganzheitliches Management von Lieferantenbeziehungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
• Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse, beispielsweise durch weitere Automatisierungen und den Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz
• Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele im Hinblick auf nachhaltige Beschaffung und Dekarbonisierung in der Supply Chain

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf
• Idealerweise fundierte Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung in den Bereichen IT-Hardware, IT-Software, IT-Services sowie Software-, Platform- und Infrastructure-as-a-Service
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit im konzernweiten Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie mit gängigen Einkaufsplattformen
