Técnico/a Especialista en Ascensores en Madrid (f/m/d)

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance audits.
  • Condition and risk assessments.
  • Energy certifications.
  • Modernization studies.

What requirements must you meet?

  • Higher vocational training (FP) in electricity, mechanics, or a similar field.
  • Experience in maintenance of lifting equipment, mainly elevators.

What do we offer?

  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.
  • Annual gross salary of €28,000 to €32,000.
  • Flexible working hours and self-organization.
  • Ongoing training alongside an expert team in lifting equipment.

Aditional information

  • Experience in repair, modernization and/or installation of elevators, or experience as an elevation consultant.
  • Knowledge of elevator and/or escalator regulations and legislation.
  • Availability to travel within Spain.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.
