Position Summary
This position is responsible for SALES and Business Development Excellence in accordance with BU Strategy Plan and Sales Target in Taiwan region.

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development Target Achievement [50%]
To develop business with existing and new key accounts through professional sales activities in specific areas to achieve the order intake target and key client developing target in the following aspects:

Manage regional key accounts according to Business Line’s policy;

Developing relationship network within key accounts, especially for middle and high level relationship;

Digging out the supply chain information of key accounts, sharing to sales team and providing necessary support to sales members in business development;

Searching for potential business of key accounts and organize internal resource to meet the technical requirement of customer and win the specific projects;

Sales Operation and Support [25%]

Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line.

Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement.

Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity.

Collecting market information including competitors.

Support sales in other regions for successful case and experience sharing.
