• 依照業務或專案需求,負責報價單之開立、修正與追蹤
Prepare, revise, and follow up on quotations based on sales or project requirements.
• 協助確認報價內容之完整性與正確性,確保符合公司流程與客戶需求
Verify the completeness and accuracy of quotation details to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
二、系統與資料管理 System & Data Management
• 操作內部系統,建立與維護客戶、專案及報價相關資料
Maintain and update customer, project, and quotation data in internal systems.
• 定期更新專案狀態,協助專案依時程順利執行
Regularly update project status to support on-time project execution.
• 確保資料正確、一致並符合內部管理規定
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal control standards.
三、客戶服務與內部溝通Customer Service & Internal Coordination
• 回覆客戶電話或電子郵件,提供基本且專業的說明與協助
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email with professional and prompt support.
• 作為客戶、業務與內部單位間的溝通窗口,確保資訊傳遞順暢
Act as a communication bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
四、流程優化與行政支援 Process Improvement & Administrative Support
• 協助檢視並優化作業流程,提升部門整體效率
Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
• 其他主管交辦之行政與專案支援事項
Handle additional administrative and project support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
