Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer, project, and quotation data in internal systems.
- Regularly update project status to support on-time project execution.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal control standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email with professional and prompt support.
- Act as a communication bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Handle additional administrative and project support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
