Key Responsibilities

  • Certificate Management
    • Verify engineering documents and create/upload certificates in the system
    • Ensure timely delivery and project closure
  • Invoice Management

    • Handle invoice issuance and delivery based on client requirements
    • Manage reconciliation, returns, and reissuance
  • System & Data Management

    • Operate internal systems to maintain accurate records
    • Update project status to support on-time completion
  • Customer Service

    • Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email
    • Provide professional and proactive communication to meet client needs
  • Process Improvement

    • Collaborate with team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
