I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for developing I&I service Industrial Inspection and Manufacturing Service (IMS) and Energy Solution and Projects (ESP) of in Taiwan region and developing and approaching the local networks/ local authorities/partners. This Position will highly focus on H2 and Industrial project service. Excellent verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills. This position could be based in Taipei.
II. Your Tasks
- Sales activities
- Develop I&I business in accordance with the strategy in Taiwan, it includes: promote ESP related Testing, Inspection, Certification and Consultancy service, identify target customers, negotiate and hunt big projects, grow the business (both revenue and profit), customer service during delivery of service.
- Analyze market requirements, customers' expectations and competition, it includes: to secure business opportunities and prepare expansion of our service scope.
- Prepare the bidding tender and creating the proposal documents.
- Coordinate client meeting and internal resource.
- Identify and develop new client relationships within H2 /conventional power/Nuclear energy sector.
- Promote services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
- Develop H2 /conventional power/Nuclear energy assessment-related solutions with regional customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing energy customers in the region.
- Liaise and coordinate with the regional project execution team to ensure smooth project handover.
- Understand customers requirements and provide mutually agreeable solutions.
- Coordinate internal commercial and legal processes to successfully close deals.
- Manage internal processes and resources efficiently to support project goals and client expectations.
- Present in conferences and business development meetings.
- Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects.
- Marketing
- To make the overall marketing strategy in Taiwan including budget, activities planning and execution;
- Prepare H2 /conventional power/Nuclear service and other related presentations, brochures and other marketing materials to potential clients;
- Plan and organize H2 /conventional power/Nuclear business promotion activities, such as seminars, exhibitions, and etc;
- Monitor competition from the following perspectives, it includes emergence of new competitors (their strengths, weaknesses), new services offered by existing competitors, the expansion of competitors such as alliances, joint ventures, partnerships, new offices.
- Others
- To cooperate with regional colleagues for developing new business and achieve the targets and push cross sales activities to promote our service.
Your Qualifications
- Master's degree or above is required.
- At least 3 years working experience in H2 or chemical industry and familiar with local market are required, and sales or business development experience in Taiwan is highly preferred.

- Good command of English and Chinese, Korean and Japanese will be a plus.
- Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trips as required.
