Position Summary:

The Laboratory Engineer position is a talent development role that combines technical expertise with project management responsibilities. It focuses on professional certification for multi-national EMC/RF regulatory standards. Depending on individual abilities, training will be arranged to specialize in either EMC or RF fields.
The work involves becoming proficient in international certification testing, understanding global regulatory requirements, developing product testing plans, managing certification projects, maintaining customer relationships, and being familiar with company policies and quality procedures. We welcome both experienced EMC/RF laboratory certification professionals and recent graduates to join our team in achieving our operational goals together.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Handle diverse tasks within the laboratory testing team, including test result organization, data analysis, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance.

2.Manage multi-national certification regulations in the laboratory; provide quotations based on product technology, respond to technical inquiries, manage customer relationships, prepare product test plans, oversee test schedules, review test results, and prepare test reports.

3.Assist in maintaining ISO 17025 laboratory quality standards and support the lab in certification audits.

4.Assist the team with assigned tasks.
