I.            Position Summary

This position is responsible for preparing textile fibre content testing according to SOP on time and maintain the daily data of the test equipment.

       II.            Job Responsibilities:

1. Arrange fibre content daily testing and to be sure the error rate and delay rate meet the lab requirement

2. Prepare fibre content textile testing worksheets ;

3. Updated working procedure according to the updated standard and SOP;

4. fibre sample preparation and pretreatment;

5. fibre content qualitative and quantitative analysis

6. Record the data, issue a report

7. Record daily maintained data of test equipment for fibre lab

8. Assist supervisor to calibrate the test equipment

9. Inform Supervisor about delayed testing;

10. Report quality problems of fibre lab;

11 .Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor;

     III.            Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above;
2. At least 5 years experience in a textile testing company or related ;
3. Familiar with commercial textile standards;
4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
5. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Can work independently and efficiently;  can work under pressure;
9. Good computer skill;
10. Good command of English;

  11 .Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required
