Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
- Greet and follow up email with candidates, including sending rejection notifications, candidate surveys
- Assist in input data and maintaining our Talent Pool database
- Monitor probation timelines and ensure collection of all necessary evaluations
- Translate and prepare HR data files to support the roll-out of our new HR platforms (Success Factor: Recruitment, L&D, Performance Management; TÜV SÜD Vietnam’s website)
- Support admin tasks related to employee engagement activities, employer branding, and career fair events
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment support or HR administration
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude
- Immediate availability is a plus
