Pre-shipment Inspection Coordinator - Admin & Client Support

You will also act as the Member of Pre-shipment Inspection Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Inspection in managing the day-to-day including management Standard AQL 2859-1, relevant industries and products, ISO 9000 and national).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle day-to-day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients’ procedures
  • Be front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other offices
  • Review client’s specification, and clarify the requirements with clients / other offices
  • Collect all necessary inspection material and/or information and forward to Inspectors (i.e. packaging, approval sample etc.)
  • Schedule inspections and arrange logistics
  • Issue Inspection Certificates
  • Input and update data in Tracking System
  • File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies
  • Control approved / inspector samples and inspection equipment
  • Follow up the customer’s Debt
  • Report the revenue in month to Finance
  • Report the monthly working schedule of PSI team to People/HR team
  • Follow the other works assigned by Inspection Manager

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in coordinating office operations or quality assurance (QA) functions
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the Textile, Garment, Footwear, or Hardline product industries is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Standard AQL 2859-1, ISO 9000, or other relevant national/international quality standards is an advantage
  • Good English communication skills
  • Result and service-oriented individual with initiative and good communication skills
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently and perform well under pressure in challenging projects and tight deadlines
