Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales, Customer Services, and Project Coordination teams in the audit and certification business, with a focus on Cyber Security and potential expansion to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and FSC CoC
- Drive sales, marketing, and customer relationship strategies
- Support revenue and growth targets for the BA Sales Team
- Manage audits, schedules, and client coordination
- Find and develop new clients and market opportunities
- Work with Marketing and regional teams on campaigns and sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- 3+ years in sales or business development (audit, certification, training, or consulting)
- Proven sales and business development track record
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Fluent in English
