I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for project management/coordination and customer service, and desktop support to frontline.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
Project handling (Weight 60%)
- Customer’s order entry, management and delivery;
- Follow up projects as subsequent process from sales team;
- Handling cold call to get orders in if no big sales effort needed;
- Make some necessary visits to client to build concrete relationship;
- Communicate with customers directly about project handling;
- Coordinate projects among sales, lab, certification body and customers during the whole process, solve the problem once occurred;
- Coordinate with functional department like QA, Financial department to process the project;
- Coordinate with subcontractor and project engineer to handle the daily operation except the technical aspects;
- Customer feedback collection and briefing; Customer complain handling;
- Maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Make project statistics and analysis and report to manager;
- Support the job of reporting line manager and handle other tasks assigned.
File & database system (Weight 20%)
- Maintain the customer and project database, store the project file according to the requirement of ISO 17025 & ISO 17065 ;
- Operate good database system of customer/order/project management to support business analysis and project operation;
Customer service system (Weight 20%)
- Provide timely feedback to the clients on customer perceptions of the company;
- Consistently behavior a professional image to the customers to well support the business operation and sales activities;
- Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to the reporting superior and resolve the issues promptly;
III. Job Requirements
- College degree or above;
- Minimum 2 years working experience relating to project management;
- Good English skills, especially for oral and writing & Good computer skills;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Careful, patient and reliable working behavior;
- Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
- Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
- Physical condition allows normal working and business trip as required.
