项目协调员(轻工玩具及婴童部门)
I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for project management/coordination and customer service, and desktop support to frontline.

 

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

 

Project handling (Weight 60%)

  1. Customer’s order entry, management and delivery;
  2. Follow up projects as subsequent process from sales team;
  3. Handling cold call to get orders in if no big sales effort needed;
  4. Make some necessary visits to client to build concrete relationship;
  5. Communicate with customers directly about project handling;
  6. Coordinate projects among sales, lab, certification body and customers during the whole process, solve the problem once occurred;
  7. Coordinate with functional department like QA, Financial department to process the project;
  8. Coordinate with subcontractor and project engineer to handle the daily operation except the technical aspects;
  9. Customer feedback collection and briefing; Customer complain handling;
  10. Maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction;
  11. Make project statistics and analysis and report to manager;
  12. Support the job of reporting line manager and handle other tasks assigned.

 

File & database system (Weight 20%)

 

  1.  Maintain the customer and project database, store the project file according to the requirement of ISO 17025 & ISO 17065 ;
  2.  Operate good database system of customer/order/project management to support business analysis and project operation;

 

Customer service system (Weight 20%)

 

  1. Provide timely feedback to the clients on customer perceptions of the company;
  2. Consistently behavior a professional image to the customers to well support the business operation and sales activities;
  3. Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to the reporting superior and resolve the issues promptly;

 

 

III.      Job Requirements
  1. College degree or above;
  2. Minimum 2 years working experience relating to project management;
  3. Good English skills, especially for oral and writing & Good computer skills;
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills;
  5. Careful, patient and reliable working behavior;
  6. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
  7. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
  8. Physical condition allows normal working and business trip as required.
