Handle and manage the assigned projects, deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

II. Job Responsibilities
1. Project focus (60 %)
-Manage and handle automotive component homologation projects
2. Inward focus (20%)
- Follow KM and QM instruction
-Improve the local competence in the responsible business field
-Coordinate internal resources for supporting and developing the responsible business field
- Support team leaders in completing delivery tasks
3. Outward focus (10%)
-Identify, negotiate and win projects in responsible business
-Customer service during delivery of services
-Analyze responsible market needs, customers’ expectations and competition
-Collect the market information like competition, customers’ requirements, testing capabilities in the business line
4. Grow the business (both revenue and profit) for responsible services (10%)
-Support and coordinate actions with the sales and marketing team
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering, master’s degree is preferred
2. 5 years relevant automotive electrical component testing / certification business, EV-battery experience is preferred
3. Be familiar with the GB/UNECE/EU regulations/standards of automotive electrical components
4. Good relationship with domestic notifying authority testing laboratories, like CATARC, CATC, CAERI etc.
5. Be fluent and skillful in spoken and written English
6. Alternatively, sales, marketing, business development work experience in the automotive industry
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
8. Be willing to accept travelling arrangements in or out of local city (about 40%)
9. Good communication skills with clients and partners
