1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / Technical background preferred)
- Knowledge of Audit coordination activities preferred
- Basic understanding of ISO certification processes and documentation
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, audit coordination, certification operations.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Documentation and record management skills
- Ability to work within timelines and follow defined procedures
- Coordination and follow-up capability with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements
2. Core Activity within Our Company
- Receiving enquiries from clients and following up until audit date / audit window release.
- Interacting with clients and preparing quotations and pro-forma invoices as per requirements within defined timelines.
- Coordinating payment follow-up with clients and updating Accounts for booking collections in the collection portal.
- Sharing pre-audit documents with the scheduler after completion of all internal processes.
- Providing internal and external updates on weekly and monthly basis.
- Forwarding audit reports to Technical Reviewers immediately upon receipt and ensuring final report submission and client database upload within defined TAT.
- Raising final tax invoices after completion of onsite audits and sharing the same with client representatives.
- Updating schedulers regarding amended/revised audit procedures, audit documents, audit manuals, and client requirements in a timely manner.
- Informing auditors about report formats and any revisions without delay.
- Maintaining Vendor-to-Vendor confidentiality information.
- Updating and maintaining all internal and external audit registers.
- Ensuring proper handling and storage of audit reports and documents collected from factories/clients.
- Following internal procedures and instructions without deviation.
