Training & Enablement Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Support the Training Lead in creating, developing and designing high-quality, user-centered training materials within technical projects (e.g., guides, simulations, process documentation)
  • Analyze and understand Learning Needs Analyses (LNA) and translate them into structured curricula and role-based learning content
  • Transform complex functional and technical content into clear, structured, and user-friendly formats
  • Apply didactic principles to ensure effective and audience-oriented learning experiences
  • Create and maintain content using authoring tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now) and quickly adapt to new systems
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and relevant stakeholders to align, validate, and refine training content
  • Plan, coordinate, and track assigned training deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and adherence to defined timelines and deadlines
  • Ensure high content quality and a consistent, user-centered approach across all materials

Your Qualifications

  • Initial experience in creating training materials, ideally within technical projects
  • Understanding of Learning Needs Analyses and curriculum development
  • Ability to translate complex content into clear, user-friendly training materials
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense for structure, presentation, and user experience
  • Basic technical understanding and openness to learning new tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Independent, structured way of working with strong coordination and basic project management skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as English is the project language
