Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the plant safety department with 18 employees
• Control and optimization of operational processes and ensuring quality and target achievement
• Strategic further development of the service portfolio in close coordination with branch management
• Responsibility for budget, resource planning, and reporting
• Central contact person for customers, partner companies, and internal interfaces
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements

Qualification

• Experience in testing as an expert in the areas of pressure, explosion protection, and AwSV
• Several years of experience in management positions, preferably in the chemical industry or in the technical services sector
• Sound understanding of business administration and experience in project and quality management
• Very good communication skills and proven leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a high level of implementation competence
• Experience in the further development of service and performance portfolios preferable
