Abteilungsleiter Anlagensicherheit Standort Uerdingen (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Anlagensicherheit mit 18 Mitarbeitenden
  • Steuerung und Optimierung operativer Abläufe sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität und Zielerreichung
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios in enger Abstimmung mit der Niederlassungsleitung
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Ressourcenplanung und Berichtswesen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Partnerunternehmen und interne Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und interner Vorgaben

Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Prüftätigkeit als Sachverständiger in den Bereichen Duck, Explosionsschutz und AwSV
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Führungspositionen, vorzugsweise in der chemischen Industrie oder im technischen Dienstleistungssektor
  • Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und nachweisliche Führungskompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohe Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Leistungsportfolios wünschenswert
